Sarah will be re-arranging her schedule for the spring semester beginning in January. All of her students please email or bring a written list of times you are NOT available to your lesson.

Please have these schedules to Sarah by December 15th so she can let you know of your new lessons times before Christmas.

This Thursday November 15th, Sandra’s Loras Voice Studio will present a program celebrating St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music. The concert is at 7:30 p.m. in Gallagher Hall at the Visitation Building. It is free and open to the public.

Also, November 15th, 16th and 17th, Tri-State Christian School in Galena will present the play “Bon Voyage”, written by our very own Bethany Hedrick! The performances all start at 7:00 p.m.

Congratulations to all who participated in the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Central Regional Competition this weekend! Our region covers Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Everyone presented themselves very well! Those singers include: Anna Prier, Becky Derr, Cassie Koetz, Sarah Szeibel, Bethany Hedrick, Rebecca Kremer, Erin Horst and our associate teacher, Sarah Alexander. (Philip Streich had to cancel due to illness)

Cassie Koetz, Sarah Szeibel, Rebecca Kremer and Sarah Alexander advanced to the semi-final round.

Sarah Alexander won an honorable mention in the Advanced Category (Graduate level).
Sarah Szeibel won Second Place in High School Women and
Rebecca Kremer won First place in High School Women!
